Yes, that is exactly what happened. It is an organized trolling effort. They write her letters as Spiner/Putin/etc. and ask for more and more bizarre things. I guarantee you one of them commissioned this, recorded the voiceover, and sent it to her. That does not preclude her being an "attention whore", but she most definitely is severely mentally ill. Many have made attempts to help her and she refuses it all as a Jesuit plot (this does NOT condone the trolling, which is reprehensible). The only thing that would help at this point is involuntary confinement, but that can't happen unless she's a danger to herself or others.

Just because the results have been funny doesn't make this any less reprehensible. This is human cruelty at this point.

Apparently she was recently hospitalized against her will based on a letter from her sister. They couldn't hold her but gave her a scrip for Seroquel, an anti-psychotic med used mostly for treating schizophrenia. The trolls, who seem to predominately use skype to pretend to be Spiner, Putin and Jesus convinced her that Jesus set the whole thing up to get her to stop taking the 40 or so alt-meds she was taking for her psychosomatic yeast infection and that the Seroquel was actually curing her of the "yeast infection in her brain". She's been taking it for several weeks now.
She just made two long videos and while she sounds slightly more "normal" she doesn't seem to have given up any of her delusions about Jesuits, Spiner, Putin etc or delusions that she is a Pulitzer prize winner etc. She does seem to have decided that her relatives aren't evil clones though. This leads me to believe that she may not actually be schizophrenic but has more of a pathological personality disorder where she can't help just making shit up to boost her fragile ego and believe anybody that goes along with that.
The whole situation with the trolls is quite fascinating from an observational viewpoint. Their weird obsession and dubious attempts to "help" her remind me of Rokeach's "The Three Christs of Ypsilanti" (recommended reading).

Which is their wiki site. She knows about this site but seems somewhat indifferent about it, ignoring it as Jesuit propaganda. Her family feels otherwise and have been threatening legal action. Her family has been unable to convince her that these sites are all operated by the same people.

The trolls appear to be a small group of individuals. The best I can tell is they are mostly (but not all) female in the 20's range. Their motivation has somewhat evolved from being completely malicious to hints of a kind of disfunctional empathy.

Yeah, I check out those sites every now and then. From what I've seen they are written with her in mind as the audience so they generally designed to perpetuate her delusions and don't have much useful IRL information.

I get that info from her own videos she post, and those are usually the most interesting moments.
