Public Television is pretty awesome.

TeenerTot - 2012-06-11 Agreed. I don't need cable as long as I get my 4 PBS stations.

I always get mad when people say he was "creepy".
You were too good for this dumb Earth, Fred.

Mr. Rogers was great and this is great. If I'm ever stupid enough to have kids, I'm bummed they'll never get to really experience this dude like I did.

fighting tears. I'm sitting here. I got the news before I was blasted. I proceed to rail, loudly, scaring my housemates. Several cries of "FUCKING HELL, NO" echoed in the house.
After that... I drank. I fought back tears. I tried, try, to convince myself that it's a drunken hallucination. I can't believe it, honestly. I knew he was old. I knew he would die soon. But it's him, Him, Fred Rogers. I can't think straight. I'll buy his video cassettes, once more. Give them out, convince others to hear what he had to say.
All I can do. to honor what he said, stood for, and wrote.
fuck.

I love that this remix was actually done and released by people at PBS.
