Does anyone else have that recurring nightmare where there's this class you somehow forgot you were registered for, and haven't gone to all semester? And you're just like, "Oh fuck, I'm gonna fail the hell out of this class, I haven't done any of the work"

These are both my 2 most recurring dreams. Exactly as you described. I haven't even taken a class in 2 years and I still get that dream all the time.

I get the school dream now and again. I haven't gotten the tooth dream for a while, except around the time I needed a new crown put on.

I get the school one all the time. I was pretty shocked to find out how common it is.

I've done the school dream. How about flying but not flying, more like hovering where you would normally stand anyway while watching your fiancee blow your father? Anybody?

MY GOD. I had the recurring school nightmare for years. I would suddenly be overcome with an insane sense of dread that I had slipped up and forgotten to attend classes. I then walk into the class and realize how insanely far behind and clueless I am.

You know when I stopped having those dreams? When I started going back to school for my MBA last summer. We've all been brainwashed into a trap!

I don't know anyone who hasn't had the school dream. I have a few different variations on it, the most common of which has me returning to school well after the fact to complete a class or entire year. Another has me showing up on the first day of school with zero idea of what classes I have or where they are.

I haven't been in school in 3 years and I still have that dream every other night.
