This movie and The Thing (1982) made me recently realize something: Hollywood has completely lost the ability to make a believable workplace and characters to populate it.

What was the last movie you can think of that introduced an uncommon workplace/organization without falling back on the crutch of "new guy given exposition-laden tour" ?

Outstanding piece of work. Probably one of Goldsmith's best scores. Easily one of my favorite film composers next to John Barry and Bernard Hermann.

Ideally I would love to see Elliot Goldenthal score Scott's upcoming Prometheus, but I doubt it will work out that way.
