Never saw them on Cracked, which I only read when some blog I've bookmarked links to a list (mostly about movies, weird ways to die, etc.). The last place I saw a Plague Doctor (sort of) is on the SCP Foundation wiki: http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-049
Under no circumstances should one Google Image Search for "Plaque Doctor." Christ, internet. It's not like I wanted to sleep ever again at any point in the rest of my life or anything.
