It's from Identity but it cuts off the last few frames where he kills the driver and the doctor who rescued him from the electric chair and the camera pans up from the van with some monologue. Surprise?

Eh, it was decent, but like Usual Suspects, the fact the entire movie was essentially irrelevant to the ending kind of decreased the likeability.
