So the girl found that laser rifle at the bottom of a pre-war vat of sunblock lotion?

Meerkat - 2011-01-26 Nice waist and hips! Yummy.

Sputum - 2011-01-25
I didn't understand why some people would argue that fallout 3 killed the series. I do now.
jangbones - 2011-01-25 "some people"?
"friendless lard clots", perhaps?
StanleyPain - 2011-01-25 You should check out No Mutants Allowed. There's lots of cool people there...
Meerkat - 2011-01-26 fucking shut up.
PrivateBurke - 2011-01-26 The series being "killed" implies that it sucks now. The majority of people would argue otherwise. Is New Vegas the phoenix from the killed Fallout 3... no.

Pillager - 2011-01-26 @ PrivateBurke,

F3 won numerous GOTY awards & enthralled millions of gamers.
Without Bethesda, the Fallout franchise would have been a mere footnote in gaming history.
Sputum - 2011-01-26 I liked fallout 3 a lot, besides the general tone of it. Now everything that comes out related to it has this lame upbeat slapstick dribble.
I'm 2 starring the crappy movie, not Bethesda.
Zanac - 2011-01-26 I like fallout 3 but the first two weren't exactly obscure, guys.
Pillager - 2011-02-11 @ Sputum, now I get you. No worries!
@ Zanac, actually the original series is quite obscure.
In my former gaming group, I'm the only one who conned The Master in taking his own life. Likewise, Bozaring Frank Horrigan's head was a pleasure unique totally to me.
When I tried to get my buds into Fallout, they just couldn't deal with the infamous Rat Cave tutorial. Looking back on it, I can't say that I blame them. Fo1&2 haven't aged very well at all.

dek863 - 2011-01-25
Not that I didn't enjoy looking at the lady but why does she have to dress like Laura Croft in a post-apocalyptic world?
Meerkat - 2011-01-26 fucking shut up.
dek863 - 2011-01-26 I didn't downgrade your silly video, you tools.
Dread Pirate Roberts - 2011-01-26 The suit that the "slave girl" is wearing is actually an outfit from the game. It's from one of the DLCs from Fallout 3.
glasseye - 2011-01-25
I dig it.
godot - 2011-01-25
Most fans don't have demo reels.

Shanghai Tippytap - 2011-01-25
i hate how fallout 3 took nuka cola, an innocuous and subtle background nod to a war-obsessed america that caused its own downfall, and turned it into a major plot point with a bunch of goofy glowing-pee factory-exploring bullshit.
this? this is shit too. i havent even watched it but i know its complete bullshit. fuck fallout 3.
Meerkat - 2011-01-26 fucking shut up.

Caminante Nocturno - 2011-01-25
Vic Mignogna! And they didn't think to get Monica Rial to play Red?
StanleyPain - 2011-01-25
They were way too clean and good looking to be Fallout characters, especially the slave girl (her attractiveness aside), but I still thought it was a cool fan film. Especially in that it didn't try to be serious, which is usually the chief mistake fans make when doing this sort of thing.
rapsnacks - 2011-01-25 Thereby stumbling into another mistake: trying to be funny.
Adham Nu'man - 2011-01-26
Nerds.

Comeuppance - 2011-01-26
This was very well made and was not very good.
Five stars for the attention to detail in the props.

TheSupafly - 2011-01-26
I have hated every single fan video of a video game so far. But I didn't hate this. It did seem to mull around and indulge in fallout culture a bit, but it was done with such care that it wasn't bad. Grading gently because of expectations.
Ghoul - 2011-01-26
Better budget and direction than anything currently playing on SyFy.
