I'd say she needed to be pepper sprayed or tasered. She was so out of control the police had to have citizens help carry her away. After being released from jail, she later went on to stab a man to death who tried to help her.
BUT THE BRITISH WAY IS SO MUCH BETTER BECAUSE THEY LET THEM RUN AROUND ON THE HIGHWAY
