Everyone in this trailer looks like they really don't want to be in this movie.
The first third of Ishtar is genuinely funny. The whole thing with Hoffman and Beatty as these loser musicians writing shitty music works amazingly well. If they had made a whole movie about them alone it probably would have turned out great.

The fake songs are pretty brilliant--they're intentionally bad, but funny, which is a hard thing to pull off. The movie isn't that great though.
I've never seen this, but the internet says it's coming out on bluray next month.
I feel dirty.
I never actually knew anything about this movie before except that it was supposed to be really really bad for unspecified reasons.

It's not that bad, though it's certainly not great. It's famous for being a financial disaster.
