Sometimes when I'm on the freeway, I see a driver who does something erratically stupid, whose "battle scars" on their car match up perfectly with their actions (e.g., change lanes rapidly without looking and scraped up rear bumper and or fender on one side) indicating that this is a regular thing for them.
This clip kinda reminds me of that. I wonder what got him in the powerchair, since he's not obese.
