It was a fine flick, but I'm surprised the CokeBadger scenes persuaded you. I thought they were the weakest parts of the movie.

I have never even heard of this movie, these scenes are all I have. If this is the worst part, I feel good about looking this up.

Actually, the cocaine badger, a physical embodiment of addiction is a pretty good way conveying a very intense internal struggle to the audience.

Unfortunately this movie is about a "DJ," so you want the badger to not only win but to travel back in time and murder his parents before he was born.

Still, it's great fun to exploit addiction as a way to sell movie tickets. Drug addicts are so SERIOUS with their problems, right? During the time this movie was made it was so edgy and cool to create stylized depictions of addiction. Wow, man. Wow. Why, you could make a movie called Requiem for a Dream full of fast editing and inevitable hacked off body parts because by god that is so real and dirty and for real and amazing.

No, actually, this is an exploitative and stylized depiction of addiction and I don't need to be raped in the eyes with cartoon characters to know that this shit destroys people who have far less money than the DJ depicted in this waste of a movie.
