I've been a pretty devoted talk show watcher since I was a teenager, but I literally could not watch the Steve Wilkos show when I first came across it. Turning paedophilia into daytime TV show fodder is nauseating.

So, she told her doctor that her daughter was touching herself and asked what to do, her doctor told her to neither discourage nor encourage it, but to just tell her to do it in private when she did it. That's certainly not telling her daughter to touch herself or giving pointers.

This is fake, so why did they make Steve's reason for yelling at the woman faulty? Bad improv? What's going on here?

I cannot describe how much I love the Steve Wilkos show. It's stupidity is sublime. It's a rare and beautiful kind of stupid, fragile and precious like a really douchey snowflake. And this clip IS the Steve Wilkos show. Having seen this clip, you have now seen every episode of the Steve Wilkos show.

What is it with these people thinking lie detector tests are omnipotent and foolproof? The headline of this clip is "You better hope you passed..." which shows nothing but 100%, absolute faith in the results of the damned lie detector test.

Also, Steve, you're an asshole for twisting that woman's words and shaming her on national TV. She offered a perfectly rational and understandable explanation and you cried "WITCH!"
