I think my idea is better cause my barge uses the oil it sucks up to power itself and build more barges. I drew the pictures and everything.

Really really bad engineering ideas aside, he seems kinda cool.
I was going to deduct a star, because this would have been waaay better with TFL Bill. I was so excited, thinking he had drawn diagrams for things. The star came back, though, when the idea turned out to be "BIG BARGE."
