I didn't say I agree with him. He's is on the side of rationing based on income. It's a valid argument, just an evil one.

In an economic depression, it's critical to allow the generators of capital, the rich, full access to their income. These people create the jobs everyone else depends on. Giving that capital to people who are leeching off public welfare means that instead of letting old, sick people die, we're killing America. And without us, the world would be overcome by Islamic theocracy and Chinese communism in a year.

The only thing that country in an economic depress/recession that also has significant debt can do is to raise taxes and decrease spending to get out of it. Post WWI & II European countries know this well, at least as far as I learned in modern Euro history. Most post war economic history has shown that all countries who tried other ultimately had to revert to this.

But really, I'm with Rush and this lawyer guy. They echo the Dead Kennedys song Kill The Poor quite nicely.
