I'd probably give this five stars if I'd never seen her before, but compared to the macaroni salad video, anything is tame. It is pretty impressive how her hands are the same size and shape as chicken breasts, though.

Well this recipe must be good, since she clearly loves food so much.

You can tell her over-eating issue is the result of gross miscalculations by comparing her recipe quantity instructions versus what she actually puts in.

I could feed eight to twelve people with that amount of chicken.

What dumbfounds me is the cardboard tubed Kraft "parmesan" and the bottled salad dressing. It's kind of a class statement for me to look down on that, possibly, and usually I'd feel kind of shameful about that. I guess I'd much rather have a little bit of real, non-processed food, than a whole lot of processed food. I'm sure she's doing the best she can but a great deal of her trouble seems to be relying on convenience products, and then piling them onto each other to manufacture an imagined ideal of what "cuisine" looks like to her. I think it might be Food Network aspirationalism spiraling out of control.

She has problems, but this is nowhere near as horrifying or (therefore) as amusing as, say, the macaroni salad.

Okay, so either I'm the only one that thought it said "Stuffed Chicken Beast" in a humorous reference to her, or everybody thought it said that and it was just too easy a joke.
