"You can program this computer ANY day."

This wasn't creepy at all!

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-07-19

The reaction at 1:19 is not the sort of reaction a cereal should get, and it's too sincere-looking to be an act.

Obviously they threw a wad of bills into her bowl off-camera.

Had enough sugar? We now return you to your furry porn.

3:00 HA HA FUCK YOU MOM I SCOFF AT YOUR OUTMODED CONCEPT OF "NUTRITION" now fetch me my box of candy.

I question the objectivity of Apple Jacks Network's news coverage.

Ponasty - 2009-07-19

I always wondered if anyone actually got "this complete breakfast" with the juice and toast and stuff. For us it was just cereal and milk.

boner - 2009-07-19

I drank a lot of orange juice, but that's basically liquid sugar too.

revdrew - 2009-07-19

Kids didn't care about that other shit, and parents knew it. They just wanted the sweet, sweet sugar.

On another note, I still use "part of your complete breakfast" when talking about food.

Hell of a lotta commercials to watch just to get back to Thundercats.

Old_Zircon - 2009-07-19

This is great, but has nobody ever heard of deinterlacing?

Koda Maja - 2009-07-19

Dammit. Now whenever I hear In the Hall of the Mountain King I'm going to have a inexplicable craving for cereal.

cognitivedissonance - 2009-07-20

I still have an inexplicable and fond memory of Circus Fun cereal. It can't be as delicious as I remember it being. This was probably the last time a major advertising campaign seriously used a clown.

Horrible on an unimaginable level, your preference being the sole exception.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2009-07-20

I am beginning to question the nutritional claims of Cheerios. Especially the claim that they bulk up your biceps magically. Maybe it's because in medieval times magic was far more prevalent due to the lack of steel, but something about this just fringes on unrealistic.

Testicles of Doom - 2009-07-20

I love that that kid was going to buy a box of cereal for a package of "free" M&Ms that had maybe 4 pieces of candy in it.

Of course, in 1985 I would've done the same thing.
