Hmm What's Chicago's excuse?

The "black people" is not for videos with black people in them, it is for videos where black people are acting stereotypical, just as the "white people" tag is for trailer trash, bad dancing, etc.

We have both watched the same video, and I saw no evidence of the kid being "obviously not compliant." What the hell are you talking about?

I saw a bloody-faced kid in a chokehold pass out.

After they choked him to unconsciousness he continued to passively resist arrest. The officers had to physically carry him to the car.

If he had been compliant, they would not have implemented a choke-hold. A choke-hold takes a while to execute and therefore probably isn't the abuse of choice for most pigs. If they're going to abuse someone who is already compliant, they are going to beat the shit out of him with bobby sticks (in the case of the individual who has done nothing wrong and questions the officer(s)) or they are going to get something (kick to the head, gunshot, etc) in quick in the hopes that the confusion will conceal the act (as in the case of the individual who has just done something wrong but is now compliant).

Again, force was excessive, but I feel like that kid decided to test some boundaries that day. Probably better for him in the long run.

If you ever see someone in a choke hold, they must have done something to deserve it. It's a matter of scientific fact!
