This looks like a demo reel for one of the animators who was working on the game. As a demo reel, I'm highly suspicious that any of this was actual gameplay footage - it was probably all pre-animated, if not pre-rendered.
Good thing they got those tits right. They wouldn't have been able to ship with misrendered tits.
Too bad they had to re-do them 20 times.

That could be gameplay footage I guess, the havok engine or whatever it was in F.E.A.R had that shrinkwrapped-in-plastic look to everything IIRC
