There is this wierd subculture that revolves around detonating small rodents in the most spectacular way possible.

simon666 - 2009-04-17

Aye aye!

Randroid - 2009-04-18

Unfortunately, I can no longer lynch negroes. But I can still invest thousands in technology which allows the most amusing deaths of small rodents.

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-04-17

I don't think these things should be legal.

Frank Rizzo - 2009-04-17

bullets or gophers?

Big Beef Burritos Supreme - 2009-04-17

I worried he was going to detonate a coyote for a second, but uh five stars for the disturbing subculture the video comes from.

Cleaner82 - 2009-04-17

Once you've allowed blowing gopher's heads off, isn't the DEGREE to which you blow them to hell with a bullet basically a matter of personal taste?

Syd Midnight - 2009-04-17

They're not legal to use in war, which makes me wonder how evil you'd have to be to pitch them to the military.

Baby Finster - 2009-04-17

I was surprised that "varmint" has become a technical term with it's own class of rifles, dedicated caliber and ammo type.

fourthguy - 2009-04-17

While this is pretty disturbing, I don't really understand how it's any more abusive than trapping or shooting them the normal way. If anything, blowing them up is more humane; at least their deaths are guaranteed instantaneous.

Udderdude - 2009-04-17

More like .. guaranteed awesome.

fourthguy - 2009-04-17

Yeah, that too.

Menudo con queso - 2009-04-18

Yeah, and getting shot's got to be a better way to go than being crushed between a pair of jaws and hauled around until the predator decides it's safe to rip you apart now.

El Zapatista - 2009-04-17

Coyote pelts are valuable?

afp3683 - 2009-04-17

Not when torn to shreds, I would guess.

HankFinch - 2009-04-18

Hell yes, Coyote pelts are valuable.
I traded mine for a shitload of beads

Timothy A. Bear - 2009-04-17

I blame video gamers for promoting this sort of mentality. Shoot any little part of it and the whole thing is dead.

Cleaner82 - 2009-04-17

Obviously you stopped playing video games in the nineties.

Bastard - 2009-04-18

Youtube comments tend to follow two lines:
A. Damn that seems cruel
B. Shut up Gay Democrat Muslims, who want to take away our god given right to shoot animals and jack off to it, did I say that last part out loud?

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2009-04-18

The Guilotine, the Varmint Grenade, what next? A fishing lure that is actually a miniature depth charge?

... hang on, I need to send something to the patent agency.

Goofy Gorilla - 2009-04-18

Huh. Ok.

Avengingatheist - 2009-04-19

How is a pelt going to be worth anything if it is ripped to pieces? I'm missing the logic here but then again I don't understand the need to cause rodents to explode.

Charles - 2009-06-06

Regarding the first question, may I point out that he says they remain intact... Don't ask me how the hell it could happen, but its what he says
