I just want them to keep pushing crazy, hard-line Republicans like Jindal and Palin and only offer the alternative of "moderate" Republicans who will have to sound crazy and hard-line to get elected by the crazy, hard-line Republican base.

Because that's how you win votes: by alienating people with actual brain cells.
