This isn't a game show. It's a bunch of comedians getting hit in the nuts for your entertainment. 99% of the time when you see a "wacky Japanese game show," it's actually a comedy bit where everyone involved knows it's completely insane.
Japanese comedians regularly torment each other for their fans amusement.
"Hit in the the nuts" didn't quite prepare me for this. I mean, I'm no nut shot flincher, but god damn that was excessive! I think a better description would be "Slapped in the nuts with a strip of leather at 120kmh".
