Bill's continually slipping grip on reality continues. I think the week before he posted this he had a video where he was discussing some e-mail he got saying that a circle of paint in your yard or a colored sticker on your mailbox was villainous government/NWO forces leaving an indicator behind to know whether or not they were gonna throw your ass in a concentration camp.
