I am guessing this almost *had* to be for the 87-88 broadcast year. They mention '86 data, and by '89 everyone wanted Batman due to the Burton movie. Pushing Green Hornet reruns based entirely on LOOK KIDS BRUCE LEE is kind of a weird angle to take after that.
