KF, I think they're hooting approval not of Madeline Albright's quote, but rather for the fact that Palin caught her in some form of intellectual checkmate.
"Take THAT Albright, you woman who's work I'm largely unaware of, but whom I know possess ties to the Clinton administration! In your face! Whooo!", is I feel a bit closer to the mental process behind their moronic celebration.
