whats amazing me is that Tina Fey is basically saying word for word what Palin said.

or maybe its more sad then amazing?

Hooker - 2008-09-28

This one wasn't nearly as funny.

Konversekid - 2008-09-29

neither was it nearly as terrifying.

baleen - 2008-09-28

I find it sad that half the audience is actually clapping because they think that the United Nations jobs should be back in American hands.

Angel Carver - 2008-09-28

I was in the studio audience and although there was obviously a substantial tourist presence in the audience (and therefore at least a few McCain-Palin supporting halfwits) everyone was there to see 'SNL'...they were clapping for the joke and the performers, not in solidarity with the character. At least I hope that's what they were clapping for.

And oh for the record Kristen Wiig is twice as hilarious in person.

baleen - 2008-09-28

you're a new yorker?

Yellow Lantern - 2008-09-29

Re: Kristin Wiig

Zero times two equals zero, so...

Angel Carver - 2008-09-29

Yes, and quite smug about it. Or was that the point you were making, Baleen?

Jefka - 2008-09-28

Tina Fey has really perfected her Palin voice.

theSnake - 2008-09-28

A good impression that needs to go much, much further before it is considered heroic in my book.

If they wanted to be cutting edge they should have hired an actual retard to parody Palin.

Doctor Frederick Odd - 2008-09-29

If she really wants Tina Fey can do something much funnier in 30 rock using her likeness to Palin as a joke. The show has Jack's current job as an excuse for her character to go to Washington.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2008-09-28

pew pew *chinpose*

Bruce182 - 2008-09-28

Mmm sarah fey.

IrishWhiskey - 2008-09-28

Although the ending is the best part, its very, Very, VERY sad that they can basically just repeat the interview verbatim and still have comedy gold.

fractured - 2008-09-29

SNL still isn't funny. One star per talented comedian in this sketch.

Was that really a "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" reference?

Knuckles - 2008-09-29

There were only two comedians in the sketch.

This is almost as if you had eaten, say, and orange, and said "this orange is really good but I don't like oranges, so I don't like this orange."

Hooker - 2008-09-29

Wait, how are we supposed to vote?

Frank Rizzo - 2008-09-29

KITTIES GET 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

themilkshark - 2008-09-29

SNL has always been funny and will continue to always be funny. Tina Fey is my Jesus.

chumbucket - 2008-09-29

Palin could easily throw a wrench if she showed up on the show and did a skit with Fey...but, as usual, campaigns never work as they should

IrishWhiskey - 2008-09-30

The media knows Palin and her staff watched it together on her plane without laughing. Yet Palin claims "I thought it was very funny. I watched it with the sound off. But the impressions were good"

In order to address the parody of her idiocy, she'd have to acknowledge its existence first.
