One of the last great David Bowie songs.
Joining up with Chic for the "Let's Dance" album was a brilliant move. I suspect there are a lot of great songs hiding behind terrible production choices in later Bowie. I'm just not enough of a fan to hunt them down.

As for Last Town Chorus, she's my favorite musical discovery of the last few months.
Well there's Tin Machine. But I haven't found anything else worth anything.

as far as slow covers of this song go I really like the John Frusciante version.
I like it alright, but I think it falls apart in the chorus.
