I like how he looks at the car in the ditch, which must be some other car, and then goes back to filling his can.

He seems to angrily throw the nozzle onto the ground, and then, soaked with embarrassment, picks it back up and puts it back into place.
That is in character with the sort of person who forgets to set his parking brake.

This guy... this guy may possibly be my new hero. Let me explain. This is what happens when heavy gusts, "Fuck the parking brake," slightly inclined gas station pump pavement, and complete, utter indifference at spilled milk come together. Look at the grass: it's blowing like a damned hurricane out there. And when he looks up to see what appears to be the problem, he realizes he should leave the thing there and just keep pumping. His car's not going anywhere soon, and it's 4WD.
At least he's aware that static electricity and gasoline don't react well together. Ground that gas can, non-emergency-brake-puller man!
Why can't I see things like this happen when /I'M/ pumping my petrol?

That's a perfect Oliver Hardy throw with the gas pump.
