They always used to show ads for this on my local nbc affiliate. But it was on at 2 in the morning so I rarely caught it. It's really amateurish, but that's part of the charm.

I'm making this comment and rating in 2015. Fuck you guys. 5 stars. This public access show was syndicated on NBC affiliate stations across the US at it's height, IIRC.
