Holy christ, I'm glad I grew up in the 80s instead of the 70s. We got GIJoe and Thundercats, they got Rick Springfield's Adventures in Time and Space and about a billion Scooby-Doo ripoffs.

It's actually pretty close to The Magic School Bus, really. Crazy magic redhead teacher takes a diverse group of retarded kids on adventures in time and space. Except with Rick Springfield instead of a schoolbus and with more overt drug imagery.
