I'd say he sounds more like Coach McGuirk from "Home Movies" especially since the two antagonist unicorns sound like Walter and Perry. Anyway, Choo-choo Shoe is no substitute for Magical Leopluerodon, but it was still okay.

ANNOYING. And not in an amusing way. First one was okay.
Trying way too hard, but it'd be kind of funny if all of Charlie's dialgoue was taken out.
