This actually was really nicely done for the initial setup.

What I begrudgingly love about animu/otaku people is that they wash any and all "sin" of anyone else being reprehensibly geeky because no one can outmatch the pure bearded, basement dwelling geekery of these folks. It's something that's difficult to describe with words until you've known people like this or been around them for any appreciable amount of time. "Anime fans live in their own world." is the most succinct and hauntingly accurate comment that could possibly made as words are inadequate to truly convey the horror of anime fandom.
I realize that sounds rather Lovecraftian, but it's true.

I agree with revdrew: one star for terrible anime stupidity, but there for good set-up and production values. I am impressed in spite of hating all these otaku assholes.

the whole 'duck hunt' premise is just weak.
pointing out that all goku does is grunt at an anime con is funny but everyone(including the voice actors) know that already. the people that did this are probably the type of people who only read manga in the original japanese...
