I want to have your chubby asian babies, you amazing genius!
takewithfood - 2007-12-21
Why does this guy have to beg game developers to use his awesome ideas? Why the fuck aren't they all fighting for the right to pay him millions of dollars?
Millard - 2007-12-21
Gonna five-star this because it's cool, and also because this guy at no point calls this "hacking" the wii.
dr_rock - 2007-12-22
I was skeptical at first, but damn was that cool.
rulestein - 2007-12-22
This is the beginning of a real life holodeck.
boner - 2007-12-22
I usually assume this kind of stuff is encumbered by patents. Supposedly a lot of racing games don't have a ghost mode because of patents.
a flaming monkey - 2007-12-22
I am...impressed.
Valkor - 2007-12-22
This guy is gonna go far if this is what he does for fun.
Mike Tyson?! - 2007-12-22
Why can't I be smart too?
sosage - 2007-12-22
This guy is the shit and those targets almost hitting my face is insane.
CornOnTheCabre - 2007-12-22
I want everyone to just take a moment for themselves and imagine how awesome this is gonna make Captain EO look.
themilkshark - 2007-12-22
I heard that Sony is gonna hire him and put Nintendo out of business, and make the next Playstation have a Wii inside of it. My friend in China knows about it.
KnowFuture - 2007-12-22
Holy shit.
I also like how he factored in how goofy it would look to have the gear mounted onto a baseball cap, and I hope whichever console company rips his idea off takes that into consideration, too.
SolRo - 2007-12-22 I'd staple that fucking bar to my forehead if I could play games with that right now.

Monchiles Monchiles - 2007-12-22
How could I not five star this?
kingarthur - 2007-12-22
Conole developers owe this guy millions just for the idea and they should be willing to pony it up. If they just rip him off, I think it would qualify as a crime against humanity. And decency.
Random_Hajile - 2007-12-22
I want a head tracking FPS!
benchmark - 2007-12-22
In a sane world, video game companies would be performing corporate assasination in order to ensure that they will be the first to give this guy a contract.
But alas, this is not a sane world.
GoneGirl - 2007-12-23
"Internet, can you show me something awesome about the Wii and have it narrated by Kermit the frog?"
"Why, sure."
"Hooray!"
Screwtape - 2007-12-24
The ideas he's presenting are not new or revolutionary or anything; the fact that he's doing it with simple software and cheap, available components (wii remote) is the amazing aspect of this.
athodyd - 2007-12-28
Official Nintendo response: Bayou Billy now available on the Shop Channel
sammitch - 2008-01-23
that's awesome.
Hooper_X - 2008-02-08
Why did I wait until NOW to watch this? This guy is an amateur genius. A million stars.
Gwago - 2008-03-11
That's cool. Usually guys that sound like cartoon characters are the point of a video, but here it's just icing on the genius cake.
fluffy - 2008-04-29
Technically you could do this with any webcam and an IR filter (since most webcams are also IR-sensitive) but this is still pretty clever. Nintendo would never go for it, though.
oogaBooga - 2008-05-27
5 stars for freeze frame at 3:52/3:53
Unsung - 2008-06-01
WHO CARES? I CAN JUMP UP AND DOWN ON A BOARD IN A SAD IMITATION OF PHYSICAL FITNESS.
This guy really exposes the wasted potential of the Wii.
j lzrd / swift idiot - 2008-06-13 Oh, in three years, this will be the main feature of at least three top-selling, classic Nintendo franchises on the Wii. I won't spoil it by telling you which ones, but they'll be the most typical and disingenious of all of them.
Man, you poor Wii owners. Say, when's GTA4 gonna be relea-HAAAAA HA AHA AHAHAHA HAAA HA HAAAA AAAAH HAHA HAAAA!!!!
keinsignal - 2008-10-03
I love the targets-floating-in-front-of-the-TV effect. Hooray for my wonderful brain!
