AWESOME. Needs an "incredibly crass" tag, though.

It's mindblowing to not only rip off a product, but virtually the entire advertising campaign spot for spot.
|
Randroid - 2007-12-04 This is the stuff of legends.
|
Camonk - 2007-12-04 It's better than what the Chinese usually do, which is completely rip off a product's name, logo and store and just put up an entire store and say, What? What are you gonna do about it?

Aelric - 2007-12-04
what is amazing is that they bother advertising at all. only two percent of the country could afford one.

I realize this will cement my status as a callous, obese American, but I am curious. Although I've actually been to several cities in China, I never really spent any time in private homes. Are they that spartan? Or did they just figure no point in spending a lot of cash to decorate a fake commercial apartment.

I wonder how well they work
|
zatojones - 2007-12-04 Oh man... this thing can only play the games that are built into it including Happy Tennis, Catch Fish, Bowling, Alacrity Golf, Table Tennis, Smart Dart, Fry Egg, Bird Knight, Fever Move, Come On, Fantasy Baseball and Free Craps. I bet Alacrity Golf is fun.

-1 star for the Yankees hat and the fact that advertisement announcers are annoying all around the world.

Fuck I hate China. The only thing good to ever come out of there is their women.

This gets better as it goes. The chinky kid who knows how to say "yay" and "yeah" reminds me of the exuberant Nintendo 64 kid.

I love how they just show the same half dozen game segments over and over again, while trying to maintain excitement.

I play a lot of poker at this Irish bar near my apartment, which means I buy a lot of Bee playing cards, the most popular American poker playing card brand.
All the 99cent stores on Manhattan Ave. are run by Chinese people, and it's knockoff heaven at these places. Among their pilfered brand names are "Bii Playing Cards," they even have the audacity to say that they are made by the American Playing Card Co. and are made in Missouri. The cards wrinkle up at the slightest touch.
I do not like China.
