This is a song he sang a lot and would change the lyrics to fit whatever was going on during the time. Originally the song was Here's to the State of Mississippi.

Whenever I listen to this old lefty stuff I always think of Bush. The thing was Ochs pretty much predicted that the counterculture of the 60's would destroy the relationship the left had with the working class more or less forever.
