Yukari's arm-flapping kills me every time.

Pretty accurate, except that Japanese people won't run away. They'll stay there smiling, bowing, and making enthusiastic gestures until you indicate its okay to for them to leave, for hours if necessary.

But then they establish Yukari as the crazy one by making her non-traditional Japanese, so it's consistent.
