The video game FIRE PRO WRESTLING RETURNS has Danshoku Dino in it, and because of this, there is a gay subcategory in their create-a-wrestler setup that allows for certain moves to only work when they're applied to people of the same sex (like Danshoku's head-stuffed-in-the-trunks piledriver).

Somebody posted a formula for a gay version of the Ultimate Warrior that has that setup. He's called "The Intimate Warrior."
