This doesnt seem pretentious imo, like I dont see how its pretending to be something it's not.
Crude, obscene, cringe-inducing, shameless, and sort of aggressively pointless (is there a word for that? ie. in this case, going to such great lengths to celebrate their religion that they violate and mock every aspect of said religion's dogma), yes.
But not pretentious.
