Zero refinery engineering knowledge, but what a seemingly stupid setup.
Keeping the pressure the wrong way. Why???
Sticking many flammable storage tanks close enough to the "most likely to explode" parts that they would easily be damaged and ruptured by any explosion.
The reverse, where giant flammable storage tanks are close enough to the explodey pipe network where any leak would easily and quickly reach it.
TWO HOURS with no fire control response to the GIANT FLAMMABLE MATERIAL spill???
"Huh-huh... This intro is stupid..."
"Yeah, YEAH! Get on with the explosions! Mmmph-heheh!"
"Yep, we sure freed the Hell out of all this oil... Now let's watch as some dumbass blows it up... You're also reading this in my voice..."
