The system is run by White people.

If you are White and feel the system is holding you back, it's not Black people calling you "cracker" holding you back.

I believe many White people ARE being held down by the system and they have every right to be angry.

But they tend to direct their anger at the wrong people.

The system is run by other White people.

You know the old saying, "You don't hate Mondays, you hate capitalism?"

Well, you don't hate Black people or Mexican migrant workers or refugees or Asians who are good at math or Indian coders here on work visas or women who got promoted over you. You hate a system designed to block access to resources, keep labor cheap and promote artificial scarcity forcing you to grind for hours only to be paid barely enough to live on.

You hate capitalism.
