Meerkat - 2022-07-26 Totally unrelated aside: I retired like ten years ago and every day has been hilarious and stupid. I spend half my day looking after my animals and the other half watching stupid shit on YouTube and whining about how I have no spare time. I sold my house because I didn't have enough time to look after it what with all the stupid shit and my neighbour getting super intrusive and bugging me to throw a patty on my BBQ for her and shit. I moved into an apartment and I thought I would have loads of spare time but it turns out I'm just running hither and yon doing stupid shit every damn hour of every damn day. So the moral of the story is fucking keep working at your job because it will give you an excuse not to do stupid shit every damn hour of every damn day.

Meerkat - 2022-07-26 I had to cut out my hobbies because I don't have time for them because of the never-ending bullshit parade. I can't really say my hobbies of playing bass or making beer or whatever are more important than taking my mom to her appointments for illnesses she caused with her lifestyle choices or trying to figure out her finances that she fucked up with her gambling addiction. Or at least I can't with a clean conscience.

Reading through the article and watching the video...
Customer complained multiple times about not getting right drive through order, kept circling around to keep complaining. Staff unlocked the door (late night drive through only) to let her in. She complained more. She pushes past the counter and roughly shoves an employee against a fixture. That's when the water was thrown.
Either a psycho customer trying to score free stuff, or shitty staff throwing out some charged (racist) insults to set her off like that. Or a little of both? Either way, why on earth did they let her inside in the first place? Unlocking the doors to let an irate customer in late at night is just asking for trouble.

Accidie - 2022-08-02 yeah, this looks like a bunch of assholes brawling. I saw this posted on another site and man, people have decided that there has to be a good guy and a bad guy apparently. Nice to see PoE holding it down.
