Does Dreyfus talk at all in this film, cuz you'd think they'd kinda realize the huge, abyssal gap between his real voice and then giving him the voice a 20-something years older professional singer.

Also: Oscar, Oscar, Oscar.

Actually it turns out he was 22 in this clip. It might be his voice, it's kind of hard to tell.

Trivia: this isn't a Disney film. Paramount Pictures made it, and one of the directors directed the Creature from the Black Lagoon (the other played the Creature).

I saw this when I was six and would sing this song constantly, much to the consternation of everyone around me. The plot was great. A family was trying to test an underwater city model to approve future denizens to inhabit the undersea world. There was also a nerdy professor who made a computation spitting computer that told them all that this would be the world's biggest rock song of all time.

I like to think that this film directly influenced Alitheia's schizophrenic plan for his future.
