For me it was always chocolate milk diluted with water with some cocoa powder added in.

That sounds about right- Yoo-hoo isn't milk, that's for sure. However, it has components of milk in it.

I remember being at an outdoor concert in 100 degree heat, and the closest source of any liquid was a promotional Yoo-Hoo truck. I probably drank at least five worth in an afternoon.
