Nah. It's too far outside of Green's wheelhouse, which is gonzo performance art. Green probably knew that he was no actor, but I don't buy the idea that its badness was intentional.

I also have to say that I love the zebra who looks like his dad in the movie.

Considering the plot of the film is that Tom Greens character is selling a shitty concept that he then squanders the money on I’m going with the meta.

Also, the name of the movie is literally referencing the sexual abuse of a child, so yeah, meta.

I remember it seeming very obviously meta at the time but I haven't seen it since it first hit rental stores and don't really remember much about it other than some isolated bits and pieces and the general "this movie only exists as a deliberate insult to the studio that backed it and most of the audience" tone.

This clip inspired me to spend the $0.90 to get a DVD of it, because it's surprisingly hard to find online.
