Basically it went: Avengers try their plan to get the gauntlet off. It fails, and they cut to the space bug battle. That ends with the heroes killing the Black Order. It then goes back to Titan and Thanos beating the Avengers and getting the stone. Then they go back to Wakanda for the snap, and Titan for the aftermath.

The Wakanda battle is staged more like the "bigger" battle, but it's actually much shorter than the fighting on Titan, and comes in the middle of it, rather than the end. I agree it's the least interesting fight in the movie.

All that omnipotent power and Thanos can't wish into reality the gauntlet being welded onto his suit.
