It's more popularly known (at least in North America) as Night of the Zombies which was a VHS staple pretty much everywhere, so it's possible you have seen it without remembering.

Also this music wasn't actually recorded for it, it was for the movie Contamination (which is one of the earliest Italian versions of Alien), and Bruno Mattei either licensed it or stole it, which is why it doesn't really fit what's happening on screen most of the time.
