I agree with the message of her speech, and only find a few of her historical details a little on the Cliff Claven side of rough strokes over nuance, but it's a quibble, not a refutation of what she claims is fact. I think when it comes to understanding the internal bullshit disease pit of the Western mind, she has it nailed down. When it comes to understanding the Euromerican colonial war lust, she has it nailed down. When it comes to stating what a crime against the entirety of causality capitalists are, she's spot on. I too believe, and have said, that capitalists are using climate change for massive non-white global genocide. It is a conspiracy, and it does invalidate all Western power as unfit for human civilization, though that's my opinion and not her stated one (for those who wont watch). She believes in reform of the human mind, I believe in natural fucking selection on the stupid and violent from without.

I think the difference between her and Alex Jones is Alex Jones is well falsified, while this woman's speech is backed up by shitloads of actual history. I think the problem with this approach is its inherit divisiveness. I think the real jam of it is _ humans have a propensity to be inherently shitty. The problem with her and your viewpoint comes when you start lecturing people based on the color of their skin whose worst act of oppression they've ever committed in their entire lives is legally purchasing consumer goods.

The fight for equality is currently suffering from and losing to massive backlash from this exact type of mentality. When your *entire* agenda requires you to convince people to change, and your methodology is shouting like a harpy, you WILL lose.

The main problem with this woman and like-minded people, as I see it, is that they're actually pretty spoiled. They've seen a lot of social progress in their lives, and they've lived through a time that's seen the largest expansion of communications in the history of mankind. It's totally warped their sense of scale in these matters. Social change is a long dirty slog through the mud that takes patience over generations. 1) immigration is fundamentally destructive towards native cultures, and
2) economic globalization serves the interests of multinational corporations, at the expense of indigenous welfare

Ms Joshi and Mr Jones come from slightly different angles regarding the economic/ cultural problems issues raised by the "mainstream" i.e. globalized West - each speaks to a slightly different audience; each has a slightly different in-group preference; Joshi is not very careful about her definitions, while Jones usually doesn't bother with definitions at all; & etc - but in each case, the core arguments, the *central narrative* they paint, is the same. In fact, MANY of the things which Ms Joshi says in this lecture (17:55, for example) could be repeated, pretty much verbatim, by any given pro-Trump, "alt-right" blogger, with no-one being the wiser.

Now, if you want an analysis of their respective personal histories, first I would ask why this matters (surely, whether their arguments stand up to scrutiny matters far more than who their families were?), and second I would say that, given the limited information currently available online, this question cannot be answered by any of us - but I would *suspect* that, even in this regard, they two are not so very different. Ms Joshi, like Mr Jones, seems to be the product of, at the very least, upper-middle class privilege. Ms Joshi, like Mr Jones, cites spirituality as a major driving force behind her work. Ms Joshi, like Mr Jones, is quite articulate and clearly comes from an intelligent, educated background - indeed, at the risk of being classist and/or racist, I feel comfortable in assuming that Ms Joshi is *better* educated than Mr Jones, or at least attended a more prestigious, more expensive, university (I will eat my hat the day I meet a Texan who is better-educated than we English people). Both Joshi and Jones, then, are your "typical" populists - members of the privileged-class, presuming to speak on behalf of the largely silent less-fortunate.

Same arguments, similar life stories; I hope Mr Jones will invite her on Infowars someday, and I hope she will extend him the same courtesy at one of her future speaking engagements!
