So I imagine the edited version that played on TV when it was rerun after the original air date is probably harder to see than this uncensored cut these days.

Rangoon - 2016-07-22 TeenNick did air the censored version last Thanksgiving on their nightly "Splat" block. It was in even worse video quality than the DVD version.

Old_Zircon - 2016-07-22 I taped the uncensored one when it first aired and then never bothered to watch it on TV again since I had a tape, so I didn't know I'd seen it uncensored until a friend of mine bought a bootleg tape of rare Ren and Stimpy years later and the uncensored Powdered Toast Man on it was the same as what I had but worse quality. I just assumed I had the censored version because there was nothing in there that seemed censorable (as far as I remember all they cut was him burning the constitution at the end, and they changed "the pope" toe "the man in the funny hat" in the credits).

Old_Zircon - 2016-07-22 Always get a second opinion.
Playing with mercury a lot as a child probably didn't help either.
