That first ten seconds of that voice is making this really hard.

Is there anything in this video actually worth putting up with it?

Crab Mentality - 2015-11-17

Agreed, it's hard to listen to, and it gets worse.

In some cases, kids today have it really easy, in some cases they have it worse than could ever be imagined. Just sort of imagine one of the worst hissy-fits you ever had over something really stupid as a kid.

Now imagine recording it, because you thought you were really in the right at the time, and uploading it to youtube, to be preserved forever.

misterbuns - 2015-11-17

Why the fuck are you here.

Do you even fucking know what beauty is?

SolRo - 2015-11-17

Right now it is, but I imagine in some years there might be a cultural shift where it's so common that people start giving you some slack for being a stupid kid

Cena_mark - 2015-11-17

This kid is awesome. He's the kid who made the Why Steven Universe is Lesbian Hentai video, http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=149069 . Now I'm sure he's not really crying, just mocking those that banned him.
His brilliant subtle joke within this video is the grey text, which slowly gets revealed, it reads, "Rosalind (Rosalina) made this game hentai."

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2015-11-17

Okay, good on him.

Old_Zircon - 2015-11-17

"SolRo

This is kind of what I'm hoping for.

By empowering people to become huge assholes, the Internet may eventually force society to confront its latent assholery and at the very least handle it more responsibly that we have before.

Bobonne - 2015-11-17

No, don't get me wrong, I'm okay with kids horribly embarrassing themselves on the internet.

Well, I'm not, actually, but my mid-90s level of internet security about one's personal details is roundly and completely rejected by every kid that I try and give some advice to.

So there seems to be nothing I can do to sink in the whole 'this stuff is going to be around forever, and jerks will try to use it against you later, when you might look back and regret it' notion.

So I've basically given up on trying. Even my younger sister, who's only four years younger than me, has pretty lax internet security, despite my years of advice at an early age to her, simply because of the continual erosion of such security as the internet culture has shifted.

It's just the sound of his VOICE. Kids, particularly young boys, sound like fucking rusty nails scraping my eardrums, when I hear them over the internet. It's not as bad in person. I don't know what it is.

God, it hurts.

misterbuns - 2015-11-17

here i forgot to shove these up your ass

poorwill - 2015-11-17

Kids these days.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2015-11-17

Every Gamergater's inner child.

SolRo - 2015-11-17

Just 'every gamergater'

EvilHomer - 2015-11-17

Except he *doesn't* like video games. His primary complaint was that video games are too sexual ("Nintendo is hentai") and now he's crying to the authorities about online harassment ("I'm going to file charges against them") because a bunch of evil, sex-crazed gamers did not appreciate his opinion. Sound like anyone you know...?

Obviously NintendoSucks is a male feminist, and he's been victimized by Gamergate. For shame, John, I am shocked that you of all people are bullying this child too.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2015-11-17

Feminists do act all gamergatey from time to time, like the "don't tell women what to do" bullshit, as if expressing opinion is an attempt to exercise political power. I don't understand or care much about the particulars of this kid's all-important "opinion".The sense of entitlement is dead on.

EvilHomer - 2015-11-17

But if feminists act "gamergatey", then why even call it "gamergatey"? Why not say that Gamergaters act "feministy" from time to time? Or, better yet, find a new word, a less harmful word, a word which accurately encompasses everyone without marginalizing or singling out a specific group?

I see that you don't understand this kid's opinion. What I'm wondering is: how you can have such a firmly negative opinion of HIS opinions, when you yourself don't even know what his opinions ARE? Maybe, and this is just a thought, you are letting your own sense of entitlement cloud your judgement here.

NintendoSucks -is- a feminist. His opinions are the opinions you've expressed, or at least the opinions which young-girls-whose-videos-you-enjoy have expressed, many times before. He's maybe eleven, twelve years old - and you are *bullying* him. You're cyber-bullying this CHILD, and you haven't even bothered to ask why he deserves to be a victim.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2015-11-17

Jesus, Homer, you don't really care, you just want me to chase you all around the proverbial cobbler's bench.

Cena Mark says he was joking, but I'll suspend my disbelief for just a moment.

he wasn't bullied, he was banned, and whether he deserved it or not isn't my decision; it's the decision of whoever banned him. I've been subject to unjust bans before, and it's pretty infuriating. I'm quite sympathtic, actually, but he doesn't have the right to not be banned.

Cena_mark - 2015-11-17

The kid is joking about crying and being upset, but his mission is real. Kids everywhere are subjected to hentai. Sure Rosalina may seem innocent enough, but she's inspired tons of hentai. Sure Miyamoto doesn't make it, but I'm sure he created a new princess so the hentai would predictably flow in.

Quad9Damage - 2015-11-18

Terrible parenting.
A child with unsupervised access to YouTube.
Regret when he turns eighteen eleven years from now.
None of Pruane2's charisma.

Five stars.
