I agree with Enjoy. Who better to run the bankrupt casino cult that is America than Donald Trump.

I remember watching this like it was yesterday. Keep in mind that Stewart was still pretty green at this point, and his replacement of Kilborn was like when you're a kid and your mom remarries. "Not MY Daily Show host!" And most of his jokes were just self-deprecating jokes about "who's Jon Stewart" and such. As time went on he became (to me anyway) one of the more vocal liberals out there, sometimes going on Trump-like rants, so there's that.

But, I also remember how other "comedy" news outlets handled 9/11, namely The Onion. They had just relocated from Madison Wisconsin to New York, in Manhattan, I think just a couple days before the attacks. Anyway, their first New York edition came out a week or two after the attacks and I believe said "America Now A Michael Bay Movie" or something like that. It was the first time I had a good laugh in two weeks, and was exactly what America needed at the time.
