Are a lot of these from the new ones (I guess by "new" I mean like 10 years ago)? I don't recognize a lot of this but it's beautiful to watch anyway.

I only watched the original run and I recognized all but a couple of the clips.

Could've been the context, plus I haven't really watched the original one since I was like 10 when it was on Snick. I wanted to like the Adult R&S but the "joke" was just ruined by a whole bunch of grossout and gay jokes, which sort of intertwined into a mess of not funny at all.

The original definitely gets better with age. I remember being a kid and coming home with a Ren and Stimpy poster I got, at the store, with my own money. Mom said I couldn't have it and Dad sort of went along with her, so as a frustrated preteen I just ripped it up in front of them and ran back to my room or something. We didn't have cable growing up so I could still go over to my friends' house but then I felt guilty for what I did, and my dad bought me the Ren and Stimpy songs cassette and we'd listen to that in the car on every road trip. 20 some-odd years later, my dad still gets a kick out of these things and so do I.
